Corporate Policies

Coupled with our Code of Conduct, our policies have
been structured to ensure integrity and consistency
throughout the Company.

Our Values, Policies and Code of Conduct define how we operate as a company both internally and with our community. Our goal is to ensure that our values shine through in everything we do as we strive to create value for each other and for our shareholders.

The Board has developed and adopted a Policy Manual: Code of Conduct (“the Manual”) that contains the Code of Conduct and related policies including Corporate Disclosure, Insider Trading, Conflict of Interest, Fraud and Whistleblower.

The Manual applies to all directors, officers and employees of the Company.
