We exercise due diligence along our supply chain to promote sustainable consumption and production practices. This includes qualifying our key suppliers against prominent sustainability risks, including conflict minerals, REACH, RoHS and CE compliance, and their commitment to corporate sustainability.

We strive to adopt sustainable best practices and reduce our environmental footprint. For instance, we are committed to a “paperless” policy to reduce paper waste. We also implement recycling or safe disposal programs for most materials used in our production processes, including scrap metals, electronics, and hazardous waste. We are also in the process of cutting down on single-use supplies and adopting energy efficient alternatives in our office.

We are always on the lookout for opportunities to engage in local efforts and seek innovative solutions to protect environmental resources. Our team actively participates in local sustainability events and initiatives, such as shoreline cleanup and community gardening.

With the goal of cultivating a culture of sustainability on a personal and organizational level, we enable and empower employees to act sustainably. Each department has a dedicated Sustainability Committee member responsible for providing guidance and recommendation on sustainability strategies and action plans. They also monitor and report the progress and outcomes of the changes recommended. One of our current team initiatives is to integrate sustainable strategies into company events hosted throughout the year, such as replacing disposables with reusables.
